What is covered under the Timbuk2 Lifetime Warranty?
Our lifetime warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product. If your bag fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.
How long does it take for my custom bag to be built and shipped?
Every custom bag is hand-sewn in our San Francisco factory. Typically, custom orders are built and shipped within 5 to 10 business days.
What is your return policy for non-custom items?
We offer a 30-day return window for all stock products in new, unused condition. Please note that custom-made bags are final sale and cannot be returned.
Are Timbuk2 bags waterproof?
While many of our bags feature water-resistant fabrics and internal TPU liners to keep your gear dry in a drizzle, they are not fully submersible. Products like our roll-top packs offer the highest level of weather protection.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. International shipping rates and duties are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and order size.
How should I clean my Timbuk2 bag?
We recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not machine wash or dry your bag, as this can damage the fabric coatings and hardware.
